Pre-Dyno Testing Checklist & Agreement

To ensure a safe and successful dyno run, you must check all the items below and sign to confirm they are in good working order. We cannot take any responsibility for component failures.

Vehicle Checklist

Please verify the following before testing:

  • Tyres: Ensure tyres are correctly inflated and in good condition. (Note: Wet-weather tyres will shred on the dyno).

  • Drivetrain: Wheel nuts must be set to the correct torque. The driveline must have no excessive play in any drive shafts or prop shafts.

  • Engine Condition: The engine must be in good overall condition. Timing belt and filter changes must not be overdue.

  • Fluids: Oil must be the correct grade and at the correct level. There must be no fluid leaks.

  • Fuel & Dash: Ensure there are no warning lights on the dashboard and you have at least half a tank of fuel.

  • Ignition: Spark plugs and leads must be in good condition.

  • Cooling System: The radiator and all hoses (including boost hoses) must be in excellent condition. The vehicle will get very hot!
