The Eventuri Carbon Intake for the BMW Z8 improves upon the OEM airbox by increasing its volume and optimising the shape of the airbox lids. The new prepreg carbon fibre lids feature integrated MAF tubes and are specifically designed to reshape airflow, reducing areas of stagnation within the flow path so the panel filter is more effectively utilised.
The OEM airbox bases are retained, leveraging the large integrated cold air feed that extends behind the front bumper. Smoother flexible hoses reduce turbulence for a more consistent and uninterrupted airflow into the engine. Independently dyno tested by Dream Automotive (UK) back-to-back against the stock airbox, showing consistent gains throughout the RPM range.
